This necklace is made up of some of the most special pearls you can find. The Keshi pearls cultivated from freshwater.Its intense shine and irregular baroque shape are the most notable characteristics. Each pearl is unique. The size of the pearls is 9 -10 mm and they have been drilled from one end so that each pearl faces a side of the thread, giving a more asymmetrical and modern look.
The process of cultivating these pearls is also very special. To cultivate traditional pearls, a piece of tissue from the mantle of a donor mussel is included in a mussel and returned to the water so that it can surround it with nacre and create a pearl. Two years later, when it is taken out of the water to extract the pearls it has created, in some cases, if the obtained pearls are of good quality, the mussel is closed again and returned to the water for another long period, but this time without including any nucleus. Since the pearl sac has already formed the first time, the mussel continues to generate nacre, which results in a wonderful Keshi pearl of freshwater.
